Schäfer Posted June 3, 2018 Report Posted June 3, 2018 Over the years I have built scale working steam locomotives however this year I wanted to try something different. It was building this WNW kit that lead me to JG1. While far from being perfect I am content with the end result. Next is a late Roland CII. !S! GenMarkof, Britchot, Stuka and 5 others 8 Quote
Klaiber Posted June 3, 2018 Report Posted June 3, 2018 Amazing work Schafer! I love the details on the prop. I used to love building scale models myself. Then I got cats. Needless to say, glue and fur do not mix. Schäfer 1 Quote

93rd Aero, R.Talbot Posted June 5, 2018 Report Posted June 5, 2018 How long does it take to build one? Quote
Schäfer Posted June 5, 2018 Author Report Posted June 5, 2018 How long does it take to build one? I started this one in early March. As to the time it takes its a bit open ended. I allow things to dry for at least 2 days after painting so that the paint is hard before handling. It could be done quicker I guess. Quote
