It is thoroughly hosed. Activation keys are whacked out even after getting in and refreshing the module manager. Got in an A-10C on the Open Conflict server - the Escape key doesn't even work. The Warthog axes work but none of the switches. Couldn't start the APU. AVOID until it's fixed.

We typically get going on Friday nights starting around 2230EST, with either Klaiber or Britchot hosting a training map. East coasters get a few hours in, and the west coast contingent sticks around for another few because they ain't tired yet. Recently, we won the big Blue Flag campaign server scenario. We were Red, of course.

Very cool write-up. It's a reminder to some of us to not take flying for granted.

Unfortunately it would appear that their prevalent products are also becoming obsolete, poorly supported - it would appear do be all but abandoned under the ownership of APEM - in Windows 10, causing suffering among the many. Their website doesn't appear to be aware of Windows 10's existence.

I've been on water cooling for the last four years on two different rigs and they're awesome.

Their song "Heathens" is on the Suicide Squad soundtrack and getting absolutely worn out on SiriusXM's Alt Nation. I've heard it a hundred times and it's still pretty good.

Mark Knopfler's tone and technique on BIA is to die for. The golden touch.

Especially for the guitar nerds... One of the coolest videos I've seen in a long time: The second single probably: Also AAL:

Does anyone know if the AP has a "Climb To" setting? Wondering how long the jet would have stayed in that climb. I'm guessing there's an SOP that states it will be set to the hard deck. -

... and 9.1 on the fly up maneuver. Would appear that the AP knocked him out a second time. -

Brilliant in every way. These guys really did their homework on 80's sci-fi/action/thriller flicks.

This pleases me.

What is your current OS? And other related questions!
Karl Spackler replied to Klaiber's topic in Public Discussion
Yeah Windows 10 isfine. I hated Windows 8 and 8.1. I couldn't find anything. They're stupid tile thing they tried to shove down everyone's throat from their Windows Phone OS was garbage. I upgraded to Windows 10 and hated it and rolled back inside of 20 minutes. Later, after reading more about it, I acquiesced to Microsoft's nagware popup after removing KB3035583 I don't know how many times after thinking over DirectX and support and the fact that I don't want to have to pay for it later when 7 finally goes the way of XP. It's fine. Lots of unnecessary doohickies. The tile nonsense is still there, but at least the start menu is familiar enough. Advertising has to be suppressed. Lots of habit tracking for marketing purposes that's everywhere if you choose express settings (don't do that). File structure is familiar, design does take a little though to translate from what you're used to. -
Was expecting this...

Fill it with sand if you want to give it mass.

The base DCS: World is free, full function and comes with the Su-25T Frogfoot and the TF-51D Mustang inf you just want to try it out before you commit.

The Gazelle is one airframe right now but will soon be two. The first is the current SA-342M that has the VIVIANE roof mounted TV/IR sight and HOT3 missiles. We'll also be getting the guns version that has a reflex sight and guns a la the Huey. It's a tricksey little bird. Klaiber couldn't find me until I was HOGE and making dust.
