There was a bug in the last patch regarding the MiG-19P controls: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/299678-control-axis-issue-fix/ This should fix it.

Under Axis Commands, there are three possible controls for the thottle. Thrust = if you don't have a split throttle. Thrust Left / Thrust Right = if you do have a split throttle.
