Regarding TPM, in "Device Security" mine is Spec version 2.0: If you see an option for Security processor details under Security processor, select that and verify that your Specification version is 2.0. If it is less than 2.0, your device does not meet the Windows 11 requirements. I don't think that is the issue. I think it's a BIOS firmware issue. I'm just a bit leery of flashing the BIOS.

You lost me there. Hope to talk to you on Discord for clarification. It doesn't seem to be having any negative (or positive) issues currently. Should I talk to Gigabyte (my Mobo mfg) about it?

Love it! Would be great background music for a DCS video.

OK Captain... good to go.

I just noticed this and I'm not sure how long it's been going on. PC seems to be running fine. Google search found that updating / flashing the BIOS might fix it. Others said they had to do a fresh Windows 11 install. Anyone have ideas?

Starts in one week. I have high hopes... Please don't screw it up Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and Gary Goetzman!

Here's the roadmap: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/newsletters/3835d6a01ff60597c1a3c993ff9c606a/ The Chinook featured prominently in the video and I'm certainly looking forward to it (as well as most of the other upcoming modules). I saw Zeros... probably initially as AI but... also a Hellcat: The Hellcat will not exist in a vacuum though, and Pacific Theater of Operations (PTO) opponent aircraft are already in development, as well PTO specific ground and naval forces.

RIP Les McCann... This was defiantly on our party list in the late 60s. We did a cover in high school jazz band as I recall.

Interesting! I didn't know that.

This is on a Virpil CM3 Throttle but the idea should work on any Mini-stick. Having messed around with sensitivity / curves in both the VPC Config software and DCS controls I just couldn't get a good sweetspot. Then I thought about how much a stick extension on my joystick improved the overall feel and thought, "why not an extension for the Mini-stick as well?" I didn't want to damage the existing stick and tried several contraptions using flat head screws, dowels, etc. attached with electrical tape or double stick tape, all of which were not secure enough. I found this cap on a tube of antiseptic cream and remembered that I had some large heat-shrink tubing and came up with this idea. It works great! I'm able to slew precisely to a target at full zoom but still can move the cursor quickly at wide FOV. Maybe someone can come up with a plastic printable version that either snaps on or screws on over the OD of the button.

A new one from my favorite channel, Playing for Change. Soulshine, written by Allman Brothers Band guitarist Warren Haynes is best known as a recording that The Allman Brothers Band released on their 1994 album, Where It All Begins, featuring Gregg Allman on vocals. The song's title originates from Haynes's nickname, given by his father.

Depicting a Junkers Ju 88A6 of 8.KG78, F1+GS, France, summer 1943 with remains of temporary black undersurfaces and swastika overpainted black. (Therefore no need for two skins). You will need WW2 Assets Pack. Place the two skin folders in X:\Users\XXX\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Ju-88A4. You probably don't have a Ju-88A4 folder. Just create one and name it just as shown here. Many thanks to Warlord64 for his excellent template. Link: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313581/

Thanks for the help @Klaiber! Depicting a Junkers Ju 88A-14 operating with the Stabstaffel St.G 77 in the spring of 1943 in Kalinowka, Poland. Includes one skin with and one without swastika. Link: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313581/ and to JG1_Klaiber for his very helpful research. A link to his post: https://forum.jg1.org/topic/10866-ju-88-of-stab-stg77/#comment-86778 Note the Schwartzkopf heraldic badge alongside the death's hand emblem, also more clearly visible in the pictures below. This emblem was designed to honour an earlier Geschwaderkommodore, Oberst Günther Schwartzkopf, who was killed during the Westfeldzug. The Stabsstaffel StG 77 operated both the Bf 110 and the Ju 88 A-4. The Totenhand emblem has previously and mistakenly been attributed to the Stab. NAG 1. The photo shown was taken during the time that StG 77 and StG 2 were being reorganized, both operated the Bf 110 and Ju88A. Both units had about 12 Ju 88 A-4s. According to unit strength records from May 21, 1943 both units were disbanded and their crews reassigned to bomber groups. LINK: TBD

Great stuff as always. Thanks!

Anyone have any idea what this says? Accorcing to what I've been able to find: "This emblem, the Schwartzkopf heraldic badge alongside the death's hand emblem, was designed to honor an earlier Geschwaderkommodore, Oberst Günther Schwartzkopf, who was killed during the Westfeldzug."
