  2. Cool... another bomber puke . Welcome Sir. Most of us are switch hitters here... I mean Entente / Central... due to the new FIF Flip/flop format.
  3. Suckage! And to think I gave up working this Saturday . The Boss won't be happy.
  4. Picked up the L-39. Flys just like I remember it except Dutch roll is more exaggerated in the DCS model.
  5. Jealous!
  6. Wish I could have been there. Blue skies Lily... CAVU always.
  7. Cool find! Hopefully the burners on the stove were off... . He-112 by as I recall, was a good performer but was considered too complex to build in mass production. Kinda like the Spit vs Hurricane but I'm glad they decided to build the Spit anyway. Wonder how the He-112 would have fared if it was produced.
  8. Whoot! Congratulations! Frame the diploma and hang it on the wall...
  9. Well, I_Got_Shot regularly whips my butt in his Camel when I'm flying DR1... 'course I kinda suck at flying the Dridekker
  10. Damn! I had a full can O Spam ready.
  11. I think the is X-65 force sensing isn't it? Probably uses piezo load cells. Are other sims OK? If other sims have the problem, a ticket to Mad Katz usually gets a fairly quick response. If just ROF... who knows?
  12. Is there such a skin? It would be nice. I'll definitely be participating. S!

Amazing! I'm jealous. Changing your handle to Darwin? (Or maybe Capt. Jack Aubrey? Dr. Maturin?)
  14. Wear it with well deserved pride Herr Oberst!
  15. No one has said it... but one really can't be effective flying with mouse for sure, and probably some form of head tracking. We've had new pilots who had not one or the other (or both) and training was almost impossible. If you're serious, they're really a necessity (some pilots ... mostly old timers who flew well before headtracking... do really well with hatswitch for visibility, but it takes an enormous amount of practice. That being said... Welcome Ian! I was a member of CAP many years ago and loved it. (Learned how to keep step, spit shine, what a "gig line" means, a proper salute... and did get to fly a bit. Got my Private ticket much later but have fond memories of CAP). Hope to fly with you soon. Happy Birthday!... soon
  16. That was a good fight Hotlead! I felt that we were doing everything right (except my gunnery could have been better and I was doing only head on passes... still it kept him from turning on you, he had to address my pass each time). If not for the weak Dolphin wings, he would be done. (I can't recall what happened to him afterwards). Salute!
  17. What Brit said . Looks like you're set up really well. As a long time SP player, flying with "real" (quotation marks emphasized ) makes a huge difference in the virtual experience. Looking forward to flying with you.

OK. Do you want to tone down the red and yellow any? Do you want factory fresh or weathered? Anything else?

Hi Barton Here's a couple of real quick ones. Colors too bright but want to get your input. Jester staff? Black rudder? Do you want mustard fuselage? All and any other suggestions?
