Great news!
-
Yeah, there is so much goodness in this teaser. The Iraq map should be awesome as well. My personal "must haves" for 2024+ - the MiG-29A, MiG-23MLA, the MiG-17F, the F-4E, the La-7.

-
That's a great tip!
-
Happy New Year!
-
That's a great idea, Von!
-
Merry Christmas, Hotlead! Hope you and your family have a wonderful New Year.

Great to see some old IL-2 vids, @wheelsup_cavu! The glory days, truly.

@Vonrd - I take it back. I was wrong about the rank for number 2. Here is what I think it says: Feldwebel [Jung?] Hauptgefreiter Zel I realized that the first letter was an H not an O.
-
I could be wrong about the writing. It's really hard to read. Maybe someone who speaks German natively could confirm it. But I think it's close enough.
-
As you already know, the aircraft is a Ju 88A-14 from Stab/St.G 77. It's Squadron-Recognition Code is S2+LA. Regarding the writing under the cockpit: The font is Tannenberg Fett or something similar. https://www.dafont.com/tannenberg-fett.font This is the font we use on for Jadgeschwader 1 name on the website. The written words are two rank abbreviations and two surnames. This is a guess, but I think it's something like: Fw Jung Ogfr. Zel Here it is in Word, with the correct font: The first rank is correct. It's Feldwebel (Fw). But I can't make out the first surname. Jung is a complete guess. Maybe someone else can? The second rank and surname is correct, as far as I can tell. Obergefreiter (Ogfr.) Zel. Regarding the markings: If you're curious, the shield badge used on the aircraft is a version of the 12./St G 77 emblem seen below, just with a larger head and without the tie. Also, here is a better picture of the aircraft, without the website writing: Here is an image of the skeletal hand: And here are some images which show the general layout of the aircraft, as well as it's overall markings: Hope this helps!

Amazing pictures, @bowlek! There are some really fantastic aircraft there. The Sepecat Jaguar GR.1 is such a cool looking aircraft. This one. Would be awesome to have something like this in DCS.
-
Bean and Maggie are very cute in their Holiday outfits! I especially love the antlers.
-
It looks awesome.
-
Amazing pictures! I really have to get out there some time and see this museum.
-
We'll have to discuss. I remember when I first read it in my 20s. I was a bit taken aback by it.
-
That's great! Danny Carey is an amazing drummer.
-
Very nice cover!
