Welcome to the new JG1 Forum! If anyone is having trouble signing in to their post-migration account, you'll need to reset your password. Go to "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner of the boards. Then click on "I've forgotten my password", under the Password field. You'll then be able to reset your password by entering your username, or the email account you used to originally register. I kept getting logged out of both sites for no apparent reason that I can find. I would click a link to another thread and boom logged out. Click a link for another forum, again logged out. At first I thought it was because I didn't use the remember me or keep me logged in feature but using it didn't help either. Going from the Richthofen forums to this one logged me out too. Not sure what I could have been doing to have it keep logging me out ??? Now to see if it logs me out after making a post like last time. Thanks for looking. Wheels

I am unable to login to the site using the latest Google Chrome browser for iOS 6. I do not know if any previous versions worked as this is my first use of Chrome on my phone. The login screen comes up and I can enter data into the fields without an issue but the actual login button does nothing.

If you are a member of II.JG1 and can't see all of the forums or all of the member content on the site, let us know. It takes an additional step to grant member access and it may have been over looked.

Is it down for revision or an issue? I only see "Enlistment" under it.

Hello, I'm new to DCG and it's great. I was just wondering, on some missions, I would of completed my mission, however on the map I can see that some of our ground forces are engaging / about to engage the enemy. Should I wait until all combat has ceased or is it okay to just end the mission and DCG will simulate those battles even though I have ended the mission. Thanks

Hi I just recently installed this generator for forgotten battles but im having a few problems; i can play the campaigns with the star icons (*) over their heads, allowing me to use some the auto generated campaigns, but for the campaigns such as *royal airforce pilot (DCG) I cant play them (all the campaigns with (DCG), I click on generate and it just stays on the same set up page, asking me for date of birth, squadron and operation. I really want to play those campaigns so if anyone could help me out i would be incredibly greatful thanks for your time.

When I try to post sometimes I get a page stating there's been a problem posting.

I'd like to put up an Avatar for the forums, but can't seem to figure out how. When I go to Modify Avatar, under My Profile, it will only allow me to select an Avatar from the "Choose a New Avatar" list. That list, obviously doesn't exist. I can't upload an Avatar or even link to one. And I've seen that others have been able to. Could this be a permissions thing? Or am I missing something. Thanks!

Hello guys. Erhardt here. I have been unable to login with my normal account the last 3-4 days. On the II./JG1 and Richthofen forums I get: "A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I get the same message on the "main JG1 screen" – www.jg1.org If/when the problem is sorted out, please delete this account as I made it just so that I could post.

~S!~ Gents, I am having an issue joining Ghost Skies ever since we started experimenting for the Pacific campaign. I have patched myself up properly (I believe). When I join, I load to 90% Loading Humans at which point the game does not continue to load the last 10%. The game also appears stuck because I cannot move the cursor and I cannot chose to exit the game. I need to do a Control Alt Delete to get back to Windows. I know that Grangest and Wurger both had similar problems and they both ran Windows 7 as am I. However, since the server got flooded, I am unable to find those threads to see what they ended up doing to solve their problems. Any help w…

Okay, the forums don't like IE - I don't blame it. But, in all seriousness this can be an issue for people that does use IE we probably need to address it. It seems to be worse in IE 9 than IE 8. First, the forums are a third party plugin to site's like ours. That being said, it's not a paid plugin. It also, uses a different set of styling than our site does. There in lies the problem. I have no clue what they are doing sooo a real fix would be waiting on them. At any rate, there is a work around you can use. Compatibility mode will make things work. Like replies and posts. BUT compatibility mode looks like crap while reading. So, while reading …

Within these forums, there is a requirement to keep the subject lines unique. Basically it means we can't have more than one thread titled, "Hey Klaiber". I think this is a stupid requirement but it is what it is. I've let the creators know but I think they move at glacier speed on it. So... to get around it. I am going to archive old threads on a regular basis. What that means is threads will be renamed - "Archived (MM/DD/YYYY)" appended to the title. This will afford us the opportunity to reuse titles.

The "New Topic" button is missing, for me, in that forum. Understandable if that forum is intended as a squdron only forum but from the forum description I don't read it that way. Hi Klaiber. Wheels

1. Limiting the stay logged in by 20min is wrong. We do not do banking here and security is not a big deal to have the time unlimited. 2. Login Name and Password shoud be proccessed automatically if I attempt to log in from the know IP, which I already used to manually type in the above info.

In the account "View Profile" it shows my birthday as one day earlier then I selected when editing "My profile." I went back and double checked and the selection is correct. Minor bug but I found it

Gray does not look good with red and pink - they are similar in some visual properties. It is hard to read. Try to use more contrasted colores - like black and white.

I have removed the http://oesau.jg1.org/ route of accessing the site. It was causing issues with security and logging people out as they found ways to go from one route to another within the same session. If anyone complains about the site being down, tell them to access the site through http:/www.jg1.org/oesau/ and to update any bookmarks.

Just wondering if I'm missing a simple way to list out all unread posts? Some forums have that and it's easier then opening each sub-forum. Nothing big, just curious.
