  3. I know these have been posted before (maybe even in this thread). I mean... some of the video is shown on our jg1.org splash page. But, it's cool to be reminded of it. Richthofen Film Part 1 https://collections.ushmm.org/search/catalog/irn1002567 Richthofen Film Part 2 https://collections.ushmm.org/search/catalog/irn1002566 The film is not in order. It starts in 1918, and jumps back to 1917, for example. But there are some great shots of the German aces, Jasta 6, Jasta 11, and various aerodromes.

  12. This is a fairly popular thread, as you can google search "CH manager win10" and find it. For all guests - my experience was that disabling the Microsoft Store (either temporarily or permanently) was the best possible fix. Hope this helps someone!
  13. I think I can basically follow along, only because I know the instruments and basically how they work. But I'm sure there are some details I'm completely missing.
  14. Has anyone posted this before? A Serbian MiG-21 training video. Sadly, I can't find the 4th part. Can anyone understand Serbian?
  15. @AngryGoat, also found this: https://www.google.com/books/edition/Combat_Squadrons_of_the_Air_Force_World/xIk3GUykFJIC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=32d+fighter+squadron&pg=PA158&printsec=frontcover Here's a good version of it, which can be adapated: http://soesterbergwolfhounds.nl/patches
  16. Here is a better photograph: I can't find a lot on the 32nd Fighter Squadron, 36th Fighter Group. I don't have a ton of books on Allied fighter squadrons. I did find this, however: http://www.historyofwar.org/air/units/USAAF/36th_Fighter_Group.html We also know that the 32nd Fighter Squadron transitioned to the P-38 in 1945, but VE day cut their operational use short. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/32nd_Air_Operations_Squadron#Panama_Canal_Defense Based on the picture you have above, it looks like the nacelles are olive drab. The nose tip is probably yellow. And the aircraft would not have invasion stripes on it, as it's early 1945. Honestly, it's probably similar looking to this P-38L: Unfortunately, it's just not possible to get specifics without a more complete photograph. For example, I have no idea what the unit markings were like, either on the boom tails or on the vertical stabilizers. Hopefully that helps!

Honor Goblet for the Victor in Air Combat Vzfw. Oskar (Dutch) Verboten, Jasta 10 (session #A3, 24 October 2020), for the destruction of 1 enemy aircraft within one streak. Prussian Air Gunner Badge Vzfw. Oskar (Dutch) Verboten, Jasta 10 (session #A3, 24 October 2020), for acting as an observer / gunner during an official sortie. [great streak - 3 aerial victories, and 2 wounded-in-actions, over 7 sorties.]
  18. Glad you got it working again!
  19. Nice up and under! Galland would be proud.
  20. I'm excited about this. I'll see if I can have something before Friday.
  21. Hmm, that gives me an idea. Maybe I can add some Road Landing exercises to the NAV map. Let me think about it.
  22. @Firefly - I have no idea why you'd try this without working rudder pedals, but I guess he likes doing things with two hands and one leg tied behind his back.
