I finally got this working and it's a gamechanger IMHO. You can watch a Youtube tutorial while in game (I watch the pertinent part while in Active Pause which allows me to click whichever switches). Pause the vid and close the browser then fly that part of the mission. Hit Active Pause again and re-open the browser to continue or re-wind and go over it again. Note the part about selecting "Full" in the HB UI Domain Access in the game Specials tab for the F-4E.

I was always super nervous (and super careful) when working around hot seats in the L-39. Especially terrifying were the canopy ejection rods which seemed to be targeting my scrotum (there are two each side in the cockpit / canopy rails) as I swung a leg into the cockpit.

@Flyboy, this is what I was talking about using the Jester short, long and double presses. It's more like Petrovitch in the Hind. Currently I only use the Jester wheel for ground ops and pre engagement (but I'm still in early stage struggling). Just starting ground attack and I'm still floundering...

I'm still wading through learning the Rhino and am hoping that those with more success / experience with it would be so kind as to list the essential buttons that need to be mapped to HOTAS and what their particular function is. I have the basics but am struggling with radar, weapons and nav/comm.

This is terrible. It uses the Martin Baker MK16 seat. It's initiated by the loop handle between the legs. I think it requires a fairly hefty pull to fire it but maybe something got tangled in it and he didn't realize it was the ejection handle and he gave it a tug? @Flyboy, what's your experience with the T-38 seat? It's not exactly the same (Martin Baker US16T) but similar in using the same seat loop to initiate ejection. Texan seat: Talon seat:
