Klaiber and I discussed this a bit. The A-4E mod has been in several DCS videos, such as sales promotions, so it's not a big surprise. It would be nice if they incorporated it into the module manager so we don't have to download or reprogram inputs every update. However, I can't imagine they would charge for it, just include it like the T-51D and Su-25T. At a minimum, it just shows that ED supports modding and is publicly acknowledging the fine work with the A-4E.

I wonder which Chinook models will be available. Would love to fly the mythical black MH-47G that was supposed to take me away

This is why we all have different assignments for the ones and tens, to allow for this. Not all countries/units used three digits, some use four. The AV-8B comes directly to mind, using two digits only.

I noticed all you cats and your fancy WMR headsets (I used to be one, too), getting all sorts of benefits with OpenXR, but that didn't affect me since I mainly fly DCS straight from Oculus. One of the things that has kept me away from IL-2 is the use of SteamVR and having 2 programs running to project VR. Now that they dropped a C-47 pilot career, I looked around at options to get out of SteamVR and found it's been there for ~4 years! NOTE: This is for Oculus headset users, only! I had this recommended to me because I am about to start flying helicopters. I remember it mentioned to me a few times over the years but never picked it up. Really wish I read it back at the end of my first or second enlistment. It would have changed the course of my career, I’m sure.
