Great job, @1PL-KJ! All of the Blue Team was really outstanding in the air.

The FIF 2021 "Winter Campaign" has officially come to an end! Congratulations to both the Blue Team and the Red Team on their outstanding performances! After 8-weeks of heavy fighting in the skies over Kolomyya, the Blue Team has emerged victorious, winning both Phase A and Phase B! This campaign was extremely exciting, with many great battles. The early warbirds definitely seemed to add to the challenge, and it was fantastic to see formations of Sikorsky S-22's creep across the front-lines like lumbering titans. Flanders In Flames will return after a very short break! Over the next few months, we will be time travelling about 30 years into the future, offering the greater simming community an IL-2-based dead-is-dead tournament for the Second World War called Tanks In Flames. We hope to see you all there! Thanks again to everyone who made this Flanders event successful. Let us lift our glasses filled with our favorite libations and toast our virtual opponents. Prost! Yeah, I'm not sure of what he's talking about. Could it be "victories" in tests or mock dogfights with the Red Eagles (4477th Test and Evaluation Squadron)?

Yogi, do you have IL-2 through Steam? Additionally, are you using the MSI overclock app, or something similar? Supposedly it conflicts with the game and causes it to hang on loading.

If you're trying to load 1946, you may run into problems due to Win10 not being 100% compatible with it. You may have to research how to get the game to finish the install. If it's Cliffs of Dover or Great Battles, it could be a anti-virus or firewall thing.

It's very sad indeed. I didn't know Chunko very well, but flew with and against him for years.

Very nice print! While not a huge RAF guy, the Hurri is definitely my favorite British fighter. By a long shot.

Poking around on the net, one person says there problem stemmed from EVGA Precision software running in the background. They recommended stopping the cards software and seeing if the game then loaded. Another user said that they had a similar problem, and that it landed up being an audio driver. Not sure if that helps at all.

Do you have Win10's firewall on? And if so, is it possible that it's blocking IL-2?
