So... all planes are going to need forward stick for level flight at full throttle? And, yes I'm aware that most planes in RL are rigged to fly level at cruise settings. The DVIII (my initial testing) fly's level at about 60% on the simple gauge. I think that this is what gives the sensation of "bobbing" and it actually may be more realistic than what happened in ROF. Okie dokie. Still... I want my curves dammit! My main gripe.

When killed or captured I will often hop in an unused plane towards the end of the session just to see the results. As Klai says, as long as you don't take off...

As to color... we're all probably seeing the colors differently due to how our monitors are calibrated. I have to sometimes do color matching when I'm painting a (Real Life) aircraft and the light source makes a huge difference. I have a special "daylight" lamp but still get subtle differences when the plane is outside. Counter-intuitively, sunny gives a less correct interpretation than a slightly overcast day. Reflected light from buildings, trees etc changes things also. For what we do as skinning I think the relative "look" is what's most important.

Does this mean that you are out of flying Lip? I know that you have been having issues with getting your stick software to work. Just looking for clarification. (BTW... missing flying with you).

Do the exhaust flames coincide with lifting off the throttle? It doesn't seem to happen where I would think it should (but I have absolutely no experience). It does look like a blast!

OK. I've just added Hs129 skins for Maus, Kleig and Raz. The file is now called "BOx WWII Update Jan 2019" and the zip file is "data" and the tree starts at the game root... for me it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad" so it should work fine if extracted there. I just test extracted and it seems to be fine... no duplications or other anomalies. Luft... you may have gotten a corrupted download? Can download this one and test it? Thanks

Hmm... it takes right to the file "BOx Update 1-19-19" with the "skins" zip file right there with a check box. Of course since it's my Dropbox I only have the option to share the file... not download. Suggestions to fix it? Edit: I didn't read correctly. I think the zip should be extracted to "C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\graphics" or a safer bet... extract to a Temp folder (I do this for most compressed files in order to make sure it extracts correctly) then move it to it's final destination. I admit that I'm no expert at this and appreciate any help from those with more experience.

What Klai said... I also like that you stop the action and ID the contact with an arrow. I often, in the video, don't see what you obviously see in game. Maybe it doesn't translate to the recording. I still find myself rotating my head while watching the video trying to lock on or check six with TrackIR...
