I jumped in the VR world with an Rift S. I was flying last Sunday in a Pfalz and got the question from Hotlead about my fuel level. Because the indicator was still on 2, I put out my hand to knock on the gauge (step 1 when things stop working). Then I realized I was not in the cockpit . Still a lot to fine tune and learn the buttons or go with VA. Right now, checking my 6 is the biggest problem with the operation from last summer: 90 degrees is the max. Rotate the entire seat seems the only solution for now, or only fly 2-seaters.

stupid me. I could have saved the file as a .psd. Probably the conversion made it solid with the background. The file was from the RoF Spad13 Template, just as Larner had done. I wish I could have saved you the trouble. Lesson identified and learned

On some skins there are parts where the seams don’t match. Calculate where a line connects to another part becomes an even more time consuming job. Even some of the details are not in the correct place like here on the Albatros:

I can't find the JF17 in DCS. In the module manager the JF17 doesn't show, the same for the control setting page, Quick Mission, Training etc. On the DCS site in my profile I can see that I have the module completed. Any tip before I start an Support adventure?

@Wittmann, you could try while in the keybinding menu push the brake, either left or right, already before you assign the brake function and then let go of the left/right brake. If the program doesn’t pick it up right away then push the pedal again and hit Retry and let go of the brake again. This also works with some of the other axis than pitch/role.

Because this is meant as the discussion part of skinning , I would like to ask @Schäfer, why to use the skin colours of Jasta 15 for your aircraft? That is at least confusing. Why not the Flying Serpent on a Jasta 10 skin? Probably @GenMarkof007 can show you different options to stay close to your Jasta recognisability (is that even English?)

I've upgraded the skins for my Fokkers D7 and D7F. After @DeFreest Larner posted the skin packages it were these two aircraft which really benefited from his work. The new skins are now visible in the Submission thread with the 2 .dds files attached in the .dds post of my. @Vonrd, please have a look and if okay, would you be so kind to attach the 2 skins to the next skin pack update? Question: what is most handy/convenient do it like this or post new skins and update at the bottom of the thread?

Okay, I've posted 4 skins for my Fw190 family in the submission thread. Only posted the left side view. @Vonrd do you want to see the other angles as well? Anybody else? The Dora skin is fictional of course with a b/w tail as clue to Heinrich's past with J6 and the 3./JG1 Fw190 skin.
