Hello JG1, I had a trip down memory lane and was thinking about the squads I flew with / against in the 90's in Sierra's Red Baron and SimGuild's Flying Circus as a young kid. I was flying with the Arabian Knights and have a lot of fond memories of getting into FC furballs with JG1, flying against Speed, Wolf, and others. I haven't touched a flight sim since then and probably couldn't grab someone's 6 if they were flying in a steraight line 😁 Anyway, very cool to see that this group has continued on in some form, and I had to drop in to say hello! Been kicking around, doing daily adulting stuff. Haven't been able to get online in a while. Wanted to participate in EiF but schedule didn't allow it. Miss the fight and the comradery. The good ol days of GS and FiF. Still have my sim rig and everything but if I don't get to use it again soon it may end up going up for sale. Have a new addition to the family coming in late Feb or early March. First one. Been a long time coming. Miss you guys! Hope everyone's been well. I LOVE stuff like this.... the trailer made me laugh.... Only in play test now.... available on STEAM and you can sign up now to playtest. Looks like a lot of fun, I would enjoy learning about the guys that came up with the idea. I am betting there is a strong Monty Python influence here.

Went to visit Mike and Cholie. Mike and I were Best Buds through High school. We were in jazz, concert and marching band and also dedicated surfers. I hadn't seen him for 47 years. He owns Cowabunga Hotel and Bungalows in San Juanico, BCS, a very remote fishing village (no post office, no Amazon delivery, no gas station, no cell service, the town just got municipal electricity 6 months ago) and EVERYONE is very friendly and seem content. I was having terrible problems with my NeckSafer in DCS. I use smooth motion but lately what it does is throw me completely outside the cockpit when I turn my head (often putting me out beyond the wingtips). I finally asked Grok and used the following steps which has helped a lot so far. ### Summary of Steps to Fix DCS VR Cockpit Clipping for VR NeckSafer 1. **Enable Saving**: In Options > Misc, ensure "User Snap-View Saving" is checked (it was already for you). 2. **Enter 2D Mode**: Disable VR in launcher; launch DCS in 2D. 3. **Setup Cockpit**: Select aircraft, start mission, spawn on ground, enter cockpit (RCtrl + C). 4. **Adjust Head Forwar…

All Aircraft Simulations which was formerly, quite some time back, All Aircraft Arcade may be gone permanently? For almost a month now I have been getting an Unable to connect error message about the site not being found. Since Deutchmark passed away in May of this year I have been wondering if AAS might just disappear like so many other formerly well trafficked IL-2 sites. Had a great practice where Mouce, Vonrd, and Moxy broke in their new Mig-29A's in some dogfighting against myself, Dino and Driver. Later Dino and Driver did some early morning instrument formation flying. Got some great screenshots:

They finally announced the date for the Dayton Ohio air show. The Air Show is Sat, Jun 21 2025. Hawg and I can help organize a get together. Recommend coming a few days earlier so you can take in the AF Museum. I can prob arrange a tour of our facility in Wilmington Ohio including hanger, tower, B-767 and (just maybe) a few minutes in the 767 simulator. I will work on finding a hotel for everyone near the museum and see what kind of discounts we can get. Hawg strongly recommends one of the higher tier tickets because it’s worth the money if they include food and great seating. We will look more into it and give our recommendation later. https…
