Gentlemen, Scoured the forums and couldn't locate anything advising if we are signed up for this event. I noticed on the ROF forum that registration is open until 18 April.. If we're going to participate I would greatly appreciate being included in the roster. Thanks in advance!

Hi folks. Just getting back into the saddle. Oldest son is graduated from college and has started his career as an actuary. Younger son is finishing his junior year in college. Last August, I got a new rig from Cyber Power, a Cobra (like Stachel) and it has the oomph to do what needs to be done. I can now play COD and ROF which were too complicated for the old rig. I have G940 controls. I am hoping to find a good control mapping scheme(s) for both COD and ROF. So if there are any G940's in the squadron, I hope you can share your maps. I want to see if I can my flight proficiency back and re-join. Glad to see the unit still going!

S! All The update is out. It is a little big. The latest paint patch is a single labeled Official Skin pack version 1.024. It too is a little big. They know they were late with all this. They claim the plane did not perform well with the 180 hp engine... so they made a second plane with a 200hp engine !!!! and it has bombs!!! Eat that Brisfit brats. To celebrate, they are having a 50% off sale on planes, mods and personal jewlery. S!

I've been having a problem with the 7 ever since I've returned to ROF. Several patches have come since I've been able to mount the canvas steeds of yesteryear. Before I lost connection I didn't have any problems flying the 7, now, I can't get the radiator to function. I've tried to re- assign the commands to my keyboard thinking that my joystick was crapping out on me. But that didn't work, so I'm left thinking they changed the name of the function of radiator on this particular a/c. What I have happening is, soon after start up I get a virtual face full of oil, anyone have a clue to pass on to the clueless?

Been trying to get CoD up and running, I think i have it as good as can be expected for now. Question, which option turns off the mouse when not in legacy mode (the noninteractive choice)? When it's in panning mode it can interfer with my track ir, that's when I'd like it disabled. Thanks.

I can't get it to load past 5% before I CTD. I had this problem the first time I tried to start it after loading it on my laptop but can't remember the remedy. Anyone?

When I log online, should I be using the designator I was issued bt Klaiber?

I am now ready to resume flight ops with JG1, computer all together and all needed things installed.

How do you turn Norton off? I think this is what is causing the maddening stutter I keep getting. Thanks for your help.

All the plugs in their proper female connectors and all software D/Led. COD is a stuttering mess, but i don't think I'm the Lone Ranger in that regard. I've made an attempt to get IL2 back up to it's JG1 state, but I screwed up somewhere. Will give it another try after I do something unique, Read the Read me.
