Wanted to post this for no other reason than the fact that I love this band, and think it's criminal that no one has heard of them before. Plus, the song "Caratacas" had RAF aircraft in it's video. I'm trying to paint a G-4 (had to use the void.bmp from the G-2) but the lines and rivets are WAY too visible. I have no idea how to "Fade" them so they're, at least, less visible. I'm using GIMP 2 for my image editing software. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

My Hava Platinum HD PVR arrived today and I decided to try it out with Rocksmith. For those that aren't familiar with Rocksmith, it's a guitar game in which you use a real guitar to play songs. It's very cool and innovative. I've been playing it about 2 months now and have a blast. I chose a song called Angela by Jarvis Cocker, because it's the easiest song to play on Rocksmith. There are a lot of fixes, even more than what is mentioned in the release notes. I'm excited to get in there and test all those mods to see which ones I no longer need. Also, I believe DCS: P-51 is no longer a beta. I don't believe I'll be purchasing this one until they make DCS: Bf-109G, though.

Where an international squad,players from USA,Europe.We played alot of il2 before we moved onto RoF.We all upgraded or comps for cliffs of dover but it wasn't up to standard so we moved to RoF and never looked back. Hoping it will get fixed at some stage BTW. JG1_Maushake_J10 flew with us on TS last week and had fun time.I would've got back sooner but RL has me busy at the mo.Look forward to hearing from and flying with or against JG1. ~S~ T4

In case you guys are interested.... Consider it a "server warming" party....will bring the chips and dip! I am assuming we will fly Central unless the sides are unmatched ( seems like the NW guys fly Entente), will mix it up to even the sides. I know Tuesday is a bad day for you guys, but if it works out well, may repeat it some night as a Friday night event and fly with you guys.

I happened to be flying on the New Wings server on Saturday and saw a lot of JG1 guys flying What is your opinion of these missions? The structure is interesting and a nice scale to them ( not too big, not too small). Ground targets, simplified photo recon and arty spotting with real mission impacts. I created mission files from the download and looked under the hood. Very well organized, would be easy to modify them to eliminate all the tutorial and advertising subtitles ( and the frightening bright light splash screen at the end) Would these be a good candidate for a future WW / JG1 flying night?
