Hello fellow aviators! I come from JTF-13, a DCS Sim group. I've now been looking for a while for the answer to a question that's been taunting me. Navy squadrons, IRL, have a Command Officer (CO), an Executive Officer (XO) and an Operations Officer (OPSO). The USAF has it's equivalent (Sq/CC, DO and ADO respectively). I'd like to know if the German Air Force has something similar, for example for the TackLwG 73. I've asked a german guy that's with us and he told me u guys are very knowledgeable and might have the answer I seek. Thank you for your time, I greatly appreciate it!

Discord has started prompting me to change my name. I've been avoiding it in case something goes sideways... (how could that possibly happen? 🙄). Has anyone done it yet? Currently I'm JG1_Vonrd#9623. When I start the process, it doesn't allow me to use uppercase, e.g. jg1_vonrd. I guess it's not a big deal but I'd prefer to keep the uppercase as it is. Holding off for now.

I recently used this video to tweak settings for both msfs and DCS and it seems to be working. Went from 40 to 60 fps in DCS and msfs is running much smoother. Tired of “losing” your favorite gaming site or any site that you just love to frequent for that matter. By using the Internet Archive’s “Save Page Now” feature to save snapshots of those sites you can help keep them “alive” for your future use. It used to take 6 months before the page would actually show in the archive database but now you can check right after you save it and see if it was actually saved. If you get a group together you can pool your efforts to save just about everything from a site for future use. Unfortunately I found the weak spot on my HP G2 Reverb tonight. Snapped in two New Reverb ordered tonight. I hope the Gorilla Glue will hold it together for a few days.. Not bad I guess since headset is just under 3 years old and gets constant usage 5+ times a week....

Just came across this news a couple of days ago. Article at Stormbirds blog. The product still appears to be on sale on Steam with publisher Retroism, a group that calls themselves a “haven for timeless games,” appearing in the publisher information section. Not sure if anyone noticed but RAZBAM recently changed the order of their module listing on their Discord. It used to be farther down on the list. Now its immediatly below 3 already released modules. Hmmm anything to be taken from this change? 🤔 Let the speculation begin... 🤣

Hey guys, The new job has been a huge adjustment, and it's taken a while to settle in. Between that and the holidays I have had a lot going on, and just haven't had the energy to fly a whole lot. Some surprises!

Hello All, I really enjoyed the training tonight with Klaiber, Moxy, Von and Mouse. Was great to fly in a formation again and do tactical flying as a Schwarm. Old lessons learned came back to the surface and the muscle memory as well. Going forward, I think Saturday nights at 8PM EST or 5PM PST for me would be ideal for any specific training that I can participate in at the Rotte level and above. Many thanks ! Brunner
